My career in the horticultural industry started at the age 16, when I took my first job at Greenleaf Nursery in Park Hill, Oklahoma. It was hard work for $3.35 an hour.  Even though the work was challenging, my passion for working with plants and outside in the natural environment was strong. 

 

I continued on this path and went to Montana State University acquiring a Bachelor’s of Science in Horticulture.  After college, I worked for some of the most respected residential and commercial landscape companies in the US. 

 

Over the last 30 years…I have worked as a laborer, foreman, manager and eventually worked my way up to Vice President of a highly respected commercial landscape contractor. As Vice President, I managed projects with scopes up to $3 million dollars. This path has allowed me to work in all aspects of our industry and has given me an in depth, well rounded approach to superior landscape management.

In August of 2016, I went out on my own to form RMG Landscape Solutions.  We are a solutions based business, and, as for many, managing a landscape provides many challenges and problems.  We tackle projects using the best and smartest Horticultural practices.  Our approach will always be highly efficient and effective.
